Visual appearance: straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It has an intense and persistent perlage with good foam crown formation.
Olfactory aspect: fine and elegant aroma. Predominantly fruity with subtle notes of fresh bread. Hints of pineapple, pear, dried apple, and hazelnut.
Tasting notes: on the palate it is pleasant, fresh, with moderate acidity, good volume, a certain unctuousness and a long finish with a buttery aftertaste.

Pairing: nuts, cheeses and medium-cured cold cuts. Fish and white meats with herb-based seasonings or moderately intense sauces, and lightly seasoned red meat.
