Fine white wine Sauvignon Blanc Reserva

Wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in Caxias do Sul, where the vines produce 2 to 4 kg of wine per plant.
The wine undergoes a 12-hour cold maceration, and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 10 to 15°C.
Remaining in stainless steel tanks during malolactic fermentation.
After tartaric stabilization and clarification, the wine will be bottled and placed in cellars until it is ready for sale.
