Wine made with selected grapes from a blend of Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella grapes grown in Caxias do Sul.

Grapevines produce an average of 1 to 2 kg per plant.

The grapes are harvested and left in a well-ventilated environment with controlled humidity for dehydration; for this reason, Amarone wines are known as wines made from pacified grapes.

The wine ferments at a controlled temperature between 20 and 25°C to maximize the extraction of phenolic compounds.

Post-fermentation maceration for seven days to intensify the extraction of phenolic compounds.

Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks after tartaric stabilization, and the wine matures in blended oak barrels for 18 months.

After bottling, it continues to age for a further period until it reaches the perfect balance for commercialization.
