DOM CANDIDO BRUT DC SPARKLING WINE

Natural brut sparkling white wine, dry, made from 100% selected Chardonnay grapes.
An excellent choice for refined palates. Traditional method. Its color is straw-yellow with greenish reflections, transparent and bright with good clarity.

Its perlage has a long persistence and features small, abundant bubbles.
On the nose it has aromas of citrus fruits, with a subtle hint of banana, fresh bread and toasted almond in the background.

In terms of taste, it has balanced acidity, medium body, and a medium aftertaste. The tingling sensation due to the carbon dioxide is persistent.
