BRANDY CASA VALDUGA GRAN RESERVA XX

The XX Year Old Brandy was crafted from a selection of Trebbiano grapes from the family vineyards.

After the production of the white base wine, the first distillation was carried out in a discontinuous copper still, through slow distillation for 10 hours.

Using the first distillate, a second distillation was carried out, also slowly, where the head, heart, and tail of the liquid are separated.

The heart, the nectar, was aged in French oak barrels for 20 years to achieve its fullest expression.
