PIZZATO BRUT SPARKLING WINE

The house's benchmark for sparkling wines, it has been produced since 2006, always using the traditional method and with a designated harvest.

From 2006 to 2008, it followed the rules of the Vale dos Vinhedos Protected Geographical Indication (IPVV).

From 2009 until the present version, all harvests have borne the Vale dos Vinhedos Designation of Origin (DOVV) insignia.
