It seeks harmony between the classic and the innovative. The perfect blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Italian Riesling resulted in a unique wine, with a straw-yellow color and unparalleled creaminess.

After maturing for 12 months in contact with the lees, this sparkling wine has aromas reminiscent of the sweetness of apricots and the robustness of toasted almonds.

Elegant floral notes like orange blossom stand out, complementing its delicately acidic palate.
