Custody potential: 5 years.
Visual: Intense red with violet reflections.
Aroma: Black fruits, especially blackcurrant and plums, with hints of chocolate and spices.
Palate: Medium body, good structure, velvety tannins, very balanced.
Pairing: Red meats, barbecue, rice with meat, lamb shoulder. It also goes well with cheeses, risottos and pasta, and is excellent for pizzas.
